The Accomodation provides:-
  • 2 well equipped self catering apartments, each with a double bedroom and a twin room.
  • There is a pull out sofa bed in the spacious open plan lounge/dining area. All with air conditioning.
  • Large shower room with vanity unit.
  • The full size kitchen has oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle etc.
  • An iron and laundry facilities are available.
  • Hairdryer, bedlinen and towels are provided, but not beach towels.
  • Baby equipment and travel cot available for small fee.
  • Safe deposit box to hire.
  • Balcony with sea views and side patio with furniture.
  • Serene Villa has its own 35 sqmeter pool with loungers and umbrellas.

Location


The Villa is set in a secluded position with parking area, gardens, pergola, bread oven and BBQ. It nestles amongst olive groves near a traditional greek village, which has a mini market, children's play area and pretty churches. It is 5 minutes drive from a quiet Blue flag beach and the small resort of Svoronata. The port and main town of Argostoli is 20 minutes drive and has a large square with tavernas shops and visiting yachts along its harbour. Kefalonia is a very green and relatively unspoilt island with Enos mountain in its centre where eagles and wild horses roam. There are amazing beaches and underground caves to explore, local wine factories and monasteries to visit. Nightlife is relatively sedate - Sample the delicious local food and wine at a local taverna overlooking the sea or try greek dancing!
